In his passion for distilling schnapps, Robert Oberhofer focuses on the highest quality. In his noble distillery, he mainly processes local fruit from organic cultivation. It is important to check the degree of ripeness of the fruit when buying it. The purity, quality and taste of the original product also play an important role.
